Company SIVVAS S.A., continuing the essential and integrated support of the food industry, in matters of food technology, research and development of new products for the Greek market, organized in November a three-day seminar in Holland with subject “Fresh added value”.

The event was co-organized with the companies STORK TITAN BV, one of the leading companies worldwide in the equipment for food production and also DP&S BV, a company specialized in the research and development of food.

In the seminar participated 22 people from the production, marketing, quality control and R&D departments of various companies from Greece. The participants had the opportunity to observe one of the most advanced production equipment, all in function, forming, portioning, marinating, placing crumb and be informed for all the new trends in the food additives. In addition, they tasted a variety of innovating products, all prepared in the premises of the company, while in the end they had the opportunity to discuss for all the production process they had witnessed.
